This unique property features unlimited guest parking, 7,500 sq ft of clean open modern event space with polished concrete flooring, seamlessly lit levels with hardwood flooring, astounding 40 ft ceilings with cascading chandeliers, a 100 ft Exhibition Kitchen where your culinary dreams can go wild, a fully equipped 50 ft wrap around bar, and window to floor ceilings showcasing lush modern and tropical landscaping inside and out. Urban Palms has a maximum capacity of 300 guests for roaming events and 250 guests for seated events and is available for all the types of bookings from film shoots, to seminars and workshops, to weddings, social celebrations and corporate occasions, galas and more.
