I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the delicious meal that Critic's Choice catered for my team. Everybody loved the chicken marsala and the eggplant parmesan! They said it was very good and fresh – almost like a home-cooked meal. A lot of them also complimented the bread pudding – one of them, who just recently moved from the UK, said that she's never had bread pudding, which is a typical British dessert, made with chocolate. Needless to say, the food was all gone by the time your driver came and picked up the equipment. I will definitely use Critic's Choice for my next team meeting lunch.

This is the first time in the five years I've been in this position that meeting attendees have ever gone out of their way to tell me how delicious the meal was. I'm not just saying that either. I told them I would definitely share this with to you. I was even asked what establishment I ordered the food from. I'm glad I asked you to send more cream sauce. After the chicken was gone, some came back and made a meal of the rice and cream sauce. From a first time user ~ "I'll be back!"

I was not here on Thursday to try out those steak sandwiches, but I've been getting nothing but great reviews on yesterdays order!! I was told the steak was "flavorful, tender and cooked perfect." The rolls were "big and soft and perfect." And the dessert was "to die for..it melted in my mouth." These were the common phrases people had to say about the meal. One of the employees actually saved me some of the dessert and it was delicious--very, very good. Our customers were pleased, to say the least. Thanks a lot for the delicious meal. :)

Your ears must be burning., as everyone who attended the two events you catered for the Norris on October 8 and 17 have been praising your culinary expertise!

The reception for Harlyne Norris and friends went so beautifully and so smooth. Serving thelm such delicious food prior to seeing the performance of "Singin' in the Rain" was done to perfection and they all appreciated the lovely presentations.

I am sorry I didn't get to attend the Gift Gathering Reception, but Astrid Navioux had nothing but wonderful comments. Those who attended told me that it was the best food they had ever had at this event. Take a bow - as they are a hard bunch to please.

All in all I am so pleased -you made me very proud -please accept my grateful thanks! Please also give kudos to David as he is a major part in presenting your abilities.
